Do I use D/2 full strength or dilute?
D/2 Biological Solution is a ready to use product. Use D/2 full strength. Diluting D/2 will not only reduce the effectiveness, but it will also reduce the amount of time the substrate will stay clean.
How long will my headstone stay clean after using D/2?
There is no exact answer. There are too many variables like amount sunlight, moisture content around the feature and how well the feature was cleaned to accurately answer this question. We have seen as short as one year and as long as 8 years before a headstone needed to be cleaned again.
When should I spray a second application of D/2?
D/2 Biological Solution works in as little as 15 minutes; however, it can take up to a year to see the final results. Biological growth on a feature has roots that may have grown into the porous structure of the feature that can take some time to disintegrate. Wait as long as you can before respraying.
Where is D/2 Biological Solution sold?
D/2 Biological Solution is available through our website www.gravestonecleaner.com and at our warehouse location in Crockett, TX and many other retail outlets listed on our Retailer Location page https://www.gravestonecleaner.com/retailers/ . You will not find D/2 on Amazon or in Big Box Retail Stores.
What will dissolve epoxy?
There are epoxy removers available, however we do not currently sell or have a recommendation for one.
How do I remove hard water stains.
Hard water stains can be removed with Sparks Brick and Tile Cleaner.
Will the Rock Block scratch polished granite?
The Rock Block should always be tested in a small inconspicuous area before using it on a larger area. Our test has shown that the Rock Block will not scratch polished granite, but always test first.
Can the Rock Block be used on marble or limestone?
No, our Rock Block should never be used on soft natural stones like marble and limestone.

Does D/2 remove tree sap?
D/2 Biological Solution is designed to remove staining from mold, mildew, algae, lichens, and air pollutants. However, it does contain an effective cleaning agent for general soiling.
What is the coverage rate of D/2 Biological Solution?
D/2 Biological Solution will cover as little as 150 sqft/gallon or as much as 400 sqft/gallon. Coverage rate is depending on many factors like what is the smoothness of the surface, how absorbent is the surface, and how is it being applied.
